I’ve decided to sweeten the deal this round of the 33 challenge by adding in 1:1 support – How amazing is that?! I really want to do everything I can to help set you up for success and make sure to answer any of your questions or help you to troubleshoot along the way.  Anytime between March 1st and April 18th (when the challenge ends) you can schedule a 1:1 call with me and for 1 hour (phone call) I’m all yours.

We’ll kick start this challenge with a pre-recorded how-to video workshop available for you to watch before the challenge officially begins. This is where I’ll help you figure out exactly what to put on your star chart + how to make the most out of this 33 day challenge based on your personal goals.

WEEKLY VIDEO TEACHINGS + TIPS // 

Every Monday you’ll get a short video from me with quick, easy + actionable tips or things to remember to help you stay focused, motivated and on track.

PRIVATE POP UP FB GROUP // 

I’m setting up a facebook group that will be available during this challenge for anyone that wants to join. This will be a private community for us to share our goals + progress and cheer each other on! Cuz, who doesn’t love a little accountability and support?!

STEP 03. Schedule it. 

Save the dates! Grab your calendar and block off some time to watch the Pre-Workshop Training Video. And don’t forget to schedule March 17th as Day 1 of the Star Chart Challenge! WOO HOO!

STEP 04. Watch the Workshop + Make your Star Chart.

Anytime before March 17th, (the first day of the challenge) make sure to set aside 1 hour to watch the pre-workshop training video. It’s specifically designed to walk you step by step through creating your very own personalized star chart, with lots of examples, so you’re all set up and ready for action on Day 1.

STEP 05. Join our private FB group

A few days prior to the challenge official start date (March 17th) you will receive an invite to join our (optional) private pop up FB community.

+ I’ve been a super lover of happy stickers + star charts ever since I was a little girl. I’d do (almost) anything. Take out the trash, push-ups, practice the piano – all for the satisfaction of a happy sticker that says, “Yes, You Did it!” I loved them! Who am I kidding, I still do.

+ I’ve been using start charts to help me reach my goals and create daily happy rituals and habits (that I stick with) for most my life and lets just say I’ve learned a thing or two that I’d love to share with you. (Hey, that rhymes :))

+ I also get that when you don’t get to check things off your list or reach your goals it can be super frustrating and not so fun. We’ll talk  about how to adjust quickly, so you can keep going. 

+ I 100% believe in creating a lifestyle you love. And I know how important the daily choices we make add up to the overall life we choose to live. Purposeful choices = feels good. Crappy choices = time just going by. And I don’t know about you but I’m not about option 2.

+ Last little ditty : I love helping my clients and people like you to make life more fulfilling and fun. – Even with things like washing the dishes.
